Integrating Leadership in Job Demand Resources (JD-R) for Personal Performance in Military Institution

The well-being and performance of military institutions, especially for personnel such as village superintendents serving in remote areas, is a significant concern that requires an expansion resources. research objective explored how leadership, job demands resources, green human resource practices (Green HR Practice) can interact to promote the Indonesia. method was explanatory survey collected cross-sectional data through random distribution questionnaires 586 across Java Island, including those areas. sampling simple sampling. multivariate analysis employed structural equation modeling (SEM) procedures. findings revealed amidst broader non-war activities, require support from stable institutional resources enhance their well-being. Stable play crucial role promoting employee ensuring institutions. Adopting transformational leadership (GTL) model not only brings about changes but also entails focus on transforming governance system into system, thus showcasing ethical responsibility towards performance. further discussed significance key facilitates implementation aimed at enhancing Practical Implications: In incorporating JD-R could lead better understanding styles behaviors impact inform strategies improving effective development management.
